Bumi's 1st Visit to Pedodontist

So Eager and Nervous, he jumped on the seat before 
the dentist told him to hahaha

Pedodontist is a dentist, specializing in kids dental care. Back in 2011 Najeela had her 1st visit in KMC, Kemang. We were planning to take Bumi there, but our last couple of visits did not allow any appointment. Busy, busy, busy. Engagements and weddings here and there.

Big Cavity!

Last month we noticed a quite large cavity in one of his baby molar tooth. To be honest, it's quite a surprise since his sister's baby teeth fell off without so much a spec on any of 'em. Little perfect baby teeth. I guess being the youngest had made him excusable to reason my words and to cut short his brushing regiment. And being my baby, he really knows how to push my soft spot *grin* I do hope looking at this big hole in his tooth can put some sense on my li'l boy's head.

Anyway, the Pedodontist in Siloam hospital Manado, seemed to live up to the title. Both Jeela & Bumi were super cooperative. Asking questions all the time and didn't seem to be able to stop commenting on everything attached to the patient's chair, yes. But fortunately drg. Paulina was so friendly and patiently answered all their questions without any sign of annoyance. When both are finished, Najeela with the scaling and Bumi with the cavity filling as well as scaling, the dentist asked them to choose any souvenir they wanted from her drawer. Jeela choose a bracelet, Bumi took a tiny suction gun. Very lame options for a service in this level if I may say. But pretty nice effort. She then told us, since no serious problem found, we were to come back for a routine check up in
6 months.

All in all, we are satisfied with the kids dental care in Siloam Hospital Manado. No sour faces and no stupid remarks. Not easy to find here in manado. And That counts for a high point in our 3 years here.
